Prival Fondo lnmobiliario is the first real estate fund that Prival Sociedad Gestora de Fondos de Inversión SA launches into the market, is available to Costa Rican investors, and started operations in the last quarter of 2017, with the objective of becoming an investment instrument aimed at generating, through the growth of its real estate portfolio, competitive liquid returns.
As part of its investment policies, the real estate fund will invest in all of its resources in real estate located in Costa Rica, dedicated to various economic activities and in different areas of the national territory, preferably in the Metropolitan Area.
