Prival Bank’s Corporate Banking, in addition to offering traditional financial products, specializes in structuring and placing loans known as “club deals.” These are not only offered to banks, but also to other institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, and investment funds, among others.

The main objective is that the institutions, by collaborating, will unite to raise the necessary funds for an operation that due to its high risk and substantial amount cannot be funded individually by one single entity. Most of these deals are structured for real estate construction, infrastructure and energy projects.

During this year, we were able to structure an finalize with an effective closing, syndicated loans and “club deals” in an amount that exceeded US$130,000,000.
