Advisory Process

Prival Bank, through its team of Advisors, takes the initiative to get to know each investor personally in order to design the most effective strategy for his financial needs.

Building Your Profile

Looking deeper. The process begins with your Financial Advisor thoroughly analyzing all of your personal and business financial needs.

Working together. Next, we'll identify and discuss your overall portfolio return expectations.

Setting limits. Then we'll set investment parameters and determine your particular risk tolerance.

Staying connected. Finally, we'll determine how often to meet with you to review and discuss your portfolio.

Investment Proposal

Strategic analysis. Your Financial Advisor will partner with Prival’s Investment Committee to formulate a variety of investment strategies. We'll make sure all of these strategies meet the objectives, constraints and risk tolerance previously identified.

Leading resources. Using statistical tools (such as the Morningstar System), your Financial Advisor will help you establish the appropriate asset allocation for your financial goals. We'll use qualitative and quantitative analyses of existing assets to reach the optimal distribution.

Open dialogue. We are happy to answer your questions and take into consideration your suggestions throughout the whole process. For Prival Bank it is extremely important to establish a good relationship between the Advisor and client, and we won't implement any strategy until you are completely satisfied with the proposal and give us your approval.

Portfolio Implementation

Informed decisions. After you approve the investment strategy that best fits your needs, your Financial Advisor will create several portfolio proposals using your investment profile. Consequently, you will be able to choose the best one according to your needs.

Portfolio Review

An ongoing relationship. Managing an investment portfolio is a dynamic process that requires constant evaluation, and Prival Bank is with you every step of the way. Your Financial Advisor will regularly monitor all positions in your portfolio and maintain communication with the Investment Committee. Together they will determine if changes to the portfolio are necessary to keep within your financial objectives. We'll keep you informed about any change in the macroeconomic environment or of any other event that may affect your portfolio.

Striking a balance. An important element of your portfolio review is reaching a balance. It's crucial to rebalance your asset allocation periodically, especially when it increases or decreases in value. As is always the case with Prival Bank, any decisions are made jointly; you will discuss your options with your Financial Advisor. And we'll provide you with the information and tools that you need in order to make the necessary changes to your portfolio.
